I have personally come across it a lot of times. One jew I know loves to say "my father is Italian" when the question of his jewishness comes up showing it is an jew joke. They are implying their mother is jewish.

Now that you've heard of it I bet you'll start noticing it more.

There is a slight variation between an italian and a jew nose so learn the difference. Jews will try to blend into any culture they might physically match. I saw a jew try to say he was puerto rican. He was called for a jew by actual puerto ricans.

Italians don't have big noses, check any statue of the old Roman families. These are either kikes pretending to be Italians or Italians mixed with sandniggers in the south.

Should look into the Etruscans, they know that they migrated from either the Levant or Anatolia. Jews claim they were Edomites. Jews are essentially just a mixture between European and MENA, so if you get Europeans mixing with MENA, it will turn out something like a Jew.
