The mandate (as I understand it) is 1. get the vax, or 2. get weekly tests. There is some question as to the legality of the mandate, but Biden can mandate anything until it is stricken down by the courts. The 100 person rule is for the entire company, not broken down by department or shift. Maybe they will only count US employees, but I doubt it. My plan is, don't say anything until directly challenged by a superior, and at that point, just opt for the testing. Hopefully won't cost too much, maybe I could buy some pre-made negative tests from Ebay or whatever :-) We can't all run and hide in the woods. Some of us have kids and homes and actually like where we live.
