The big guys do. It's to get the little cannon fodder light weights in to it, so they can feel smug and superior without doing anything too evil. Satan is known for lying, of course Satanists are going to lie, and they will especially lie to the little guys who go out to recruit. They also say that so they can spread a very Satanic message without spooking people. But at the top level they are totally given over to Satan. How to respond? IDK, maybe something along the lines of Satan is known for lying, you at least are trying to be like him, so I don't believe anything you say at all, especially about your organization. I block them online and don't have anything to do with them in real life.
