There is no way he will coherently rattle off all 6 steps.

I think biden will probably mumble the first point, right off the bat.

Then I'm betting he forgets to read the teleprompter and he will slide off topic to his hairy legs er somthin.

After that someone is bound to be screaming into his earpiece to stfu. That's where he will start reminiscing about his dead son.

By then his handlers will be frantically waiving road flares just behind the teleprompter. All the while he will be staring off into space with that expressionless alzheimers gaze he gets.

He will freeze like that there because, his few remaining neurotransmitters will be rapidly firing from all the speed and other chemicals hes on. He will be drifting to thoughts of his degenerate son hunter... he knows just enough not to mention hunters name, but not enough to stop thinking those thoughts. There he will remain for the duration, his brain frozen like Macintosh computers spinning rainbow.
