I don't think Davos works that way, but if it did, the simplest thing would be to get them drunk/high, or straight up drug them, get them in bed with an underage sex partner, film whatever they do, and hold that over the new billionaire's head for life. Then they reveal the evil plan. Or not, and new billionaire remains a pawn to push around.
