For some reason people aren’t clear that I’m asking for totally made up works of fiction that describe plans or ideas for starting a new revolution in the current age. Like, completely and totally fictional. Like how would well-armed civilians find each other without the use of the internet or being obviously incriminated, where could they strategically position themselves in the country, you know, fictionally?

Yeah, unfortunately it is a bit dated (70's-80's) for our modern taste, but it is still a good story.
