Really? You think if 200m Americans die from a vaccine he can walk around and the remaining population won't bother him?
Well, they would mop up the remaining people and dump them into the gulag cities to do the work. Basically turn us all into Palestinians. Free movement will be restricted. They will pick the most docile and skilled people to do any work that requires close proximity. The rich will move where they want, when they want, with minimal risk. Class mobility will be a thing of the past.
I think, ultimately, this is all about making the world safe and secure for the rich and their children. Just imagine what would happen to Bill Gates family if a mass uprising occurred before this operation completes.
