Sure, they could fly back and take pictures again. All it will take it billions and billions of dollars and lots of people working really hard to make it happen just like they did in the 1960s but the fact of the matter is since the Saturn V rockets were retired there are no rockets capable of going that far. It was a monumental human achievement and not easy to do but in your simple mind it's as easy as "going to Arizona".
