Unless you have medical problems there is no worse, there is only different. Life is 'memories' and a good life is family. First you are the young and spoiled, then you are the teen with only self made problems, then you are the adult to enjoy your children BUT have to worry about their safety, Then you are the grandparents to spoil the young for only a short time because you have to die to make room for the cycle to start again. The answer is, the young adult having to make a living and raising children has the greatest pressure.
The young adult thing was not such a chore when families lived under the same roof and the young brothers/sisters and parents/grandparents helped with the kids and expenses were split between all the working adults. Even the grandparents were well taken care of when the wives "stay at home" were there to help them out with stuff they had trouble with like putting on socks with a painful back even the kids liked helping out grandma and grandpa with stuff since they got told stories of when they were young and how the world was not so easy and you couldn't sit in front of a tv since there was no tv so they did cleaning, sewing, woodwork projects and stuff to keep from being bored.
