Would users submitting these illegal posts need to be immediately banned, or could we use some kind of three strikes policy?

Are you really asking how to deal with loli? That's not an accusation, by the way.

I was actually asking this question out of pure curiosity as I didn't have serious plans to create a subverse. What is your opinion as to how users that submit loli should be dealt with, should their content be just deleted, should there be some sort of three strikes policy, or should they be banned on sight?

I think a single warning and then a ban for future offences would be appropriate.
