I know it’s an apples and oranges kinda question, or apples and something inedible. I dare say, I’d choose to work with cedar over snacking a dish with cheddar… though I am getting fairly hungry.

Traditionally Spanish cedar. But cardboard plastic and other materials can be used so I learned something awesome
