I know it’s an apples and oranges kinda question, or apples and something inedible. I dare say, I’d choose to work with cedar over snacking a dish with cheddar… though I am getting fairly hungry.

That’s where I’m at, with cheese I run the gamut. But gol’ dern I love working cedar.
