I need the start locations (lon/lat), and start timestamp of every fire from 2020-2021

https://www.fire.ca.gov/incidents/

These glowniggers start too many to do manually. If i cant figure this out then I may contact calfire and do a data request, but im already on enough lists.

GIS is easy to use IF THEY have a column for date and time started. If they don't, you can't export into a report or file.

Eight years ago I had to use the GIS extensively to get our tiny neighborhood from being declared wilderness territory and assessed another tax, on top of the tax we already pay for fire services.

You'll figure it out. It's easy once you know how! ;-)
