You might want to go to local news web sites for that information. You'll want to know the "reason" the fire was started as well.

I mean it already gives me all the info, im just trying to automate it so I dont have to click into ans copy every single one into a spreadsheet to open in python GIS
GIS is easy to use IF THEY have a column for date and time started. If they don't, you can't export into a report or file.
Eight years ago I had to use the GIS extensively to get our tiny neighborhood from being declared wilderness territory and assessed another tax, on top of the tax we already pay for fire services.
You'll figure it out. It's easy once you know how! ;-)
