It all starts with failing to teach the children the difference between "there," "their" and "they're"

First, we have mostly dumbed-down mothers and fathers. Second, they allow the state and jewish media to raise the kids. Third, they're too busy being slave wages, too mentally and physically exhausted from it to engage with their children at home. Fourth, they're too distracted by social media and jewish media.

Parents fail to raise their children right for many reasons. One is because their parents did a poor job as well. I call it the generational curse that was passed down from child to child, a problem like anxiety, abuse or drunkenness that was passed down from parent to child unresolved. Another reason is the refusal to have a growth mindset. Parenting is hard work and requires constant learning and re-evaluation of your parenting techniques. A lot of people are raised on the idea that we are born with the idea of parenting correctly or our intuition is enough. WRONG. Most people live their lives in an unthinking, automatic way of living that works to certain degree and they think it’s enough for a child. Wrong. Every single interaction with your child until they leave the house is a test of your boundaries, your thinking, and your fortitude. Your child is always watching and listening how you respond so they can mimic your responses. They are reflections of who you are. The final reason I’ll give is sort of mentioned already but it’s boundaries. If you have zero self respect or boundaries, your child won’t have either for you. This goes for your adult life too - people don’t respect others who don’t have clear boundaries, who can’t say no when reasonable. We allow ourselves to be angered by a small child when the child has no other idea how to act. Is the child the real reason for your frustration or is it you that has zero control over your emotions? Just a few thoughts.

Failed parent here: I raised 2 boys. I divorced when they were 6 and 3. I got full custody. I was young, emotionally immature, and in the prime of my physical life. I had many female options, and I utilized these options on the nightly to selfishly drown the pain of the failure of my life. This had the unforeseen (to my stupid ass) consequences of many different women coming in and out of my kids life, fucking up their family stability, bonding ability.. you get the point. Fast forward 5 years.. my boys are 11 and 8. I now have a good woman that my kids won't bond with because they've seen so many come and go. My oldest is exhibiting signs of aggression, disobedience, etc. and instead of tackling the underlying issues (still too selfish to know what they were), I heap on the discipline. Another 5 years: They're 16 and 13. My 13 year old lives online, and I let him because my selfish ass didn't have to engage him. My oldest is smoking weed, failing school, and learning manhood from his friends on the street, because his father is still living a selfish life cycle, and never truly engaging with his kids.

My kids are grown now, and I'm a grandpa. My oldest is 23, currently awaiting trial for aggravated threat of harm on the children's mother, and my youngest is obese, still lives online, and can't cope with basic life hiccups. I fucked up. I know I've fucked up. I'm doing my best with my children, now, though. I offer my oldest advice, send him literature to help him get his mentality on the right track. My youngest I spend time with. He attends church with me, and we share meals. These opportunities give me a chance to put the 'right' info into him.

I can't answer why all bad parents are the way they are, but this is the reason I was/am......

There are no need for parents when there are video games and phones with entertainment.
