There are people who think that the virus is real, but they reject the vaccines because C19 can get treated well. Then there are people who don't believe that the virus is real. They are not informed about the cures and try medication used against flu and the cold instead. When they realize that they maybe will die, it is already too late because C19 needs early treatment. They have literally chosen the hill they will die on, like Steele.
