They are already denying healthcare services if you refuse to sign a Consent in which you agree you won't sue them with a jury trial. Read your consent, I'll bet it's in there. Why should I trust a doctor who won't see me unless I promise not to sue him for malpractice? That is basically Consent to ALLOW MALPRACTICE to go unpunished!
