Regeneron is what you are looking for. It’s an antibody infusion designed to reduce the severity of covid. It’s a combination of human and mouse antibodies. The mouse is genetically engineered to have a humanized immune system. “Scientist” injected the mouse with the spike protein and selected the most effective antibody. People have allergic reactions to it all the time and some die.
Thank you for the reply.
So, for elderly family members who have refused the shot but catch/are exposed to Covid, would this treatment be worthwhile considering the risks?
Is it rewriting their DNA like the shots?
It’s one of those decisions that should be made by the individual. The patient information should be at the top of the page for the drug. I would honestly read it and make an informed decision.
