Tell them you're allergic, you had a flu shot when you were 9 and had to go to the hospital with anaphylaxis. If they continue to harrass you DO NOT QUIT, make sure they fire you then go to a labour attorney. You'll also be able to collect unemployment if you're let go but not if you quit.

I've already gotten the flu shot at my work a few times so they'd know it's a lie. I tried to get an exemption anyways but the doctor told me off.
They are considering non compliance to the vaccine as 'mandatory resignation' to punish us.
