I had originally delegated a task to an Asian woman. Not only did the task never get done, it was delayed by 2.5 years, before I had to come in and finally fix everything, put it all back into place. When i probed the different parties involved, this lady just could not be bothered to talk to or relay any communication with anyone else. Hence her lack of communication caused a breakdown between the other two parties. She just assumed everyone else would take care of the problem, and magically talk to each other. The end result, is that nothing was done, and the worst part is Asian lady ended up getting mad at me, for not doing a good enough job following through ... on the mess she created. Seriously, the diversity shit is pissing me off more and more. To show you just how ridiculous this is, she couldn't do anything in 2.5 years, i fixed the problem in 2 days

On on contract I had at a large international corp there were two asian women and some soy boy who were part of some group where the manager left a year and a half previously. They did not replace the manager so these three people spent all their time socializing and doing literally nothing the whole time. What's so perfect about this whole thing is that this corporation felt like it owned the people and loved to move people out of their native countries so they held them hostage with their work visas. The forced everyone into these long ass "training classes" where some asshole taught you how to do all sorts of common sense shit that had nothing to do with what most people did there and wrote people up for not parking facing out. Why? He said more accidents happen when you going in reverse than forward but didn't like me pointing out that you spend the same amount of time reversing if you back in or back out of a parking spot. They also required you to take a driving test with this asshole. I told him I will not take his driving test but if he insists I guarantee him I will make him shit his pants showing him how a real man drives. Needless to say I got a better contract after the 6 month probation period. Corporations do feel they own the workers so all we are seeing now is merely them making it official.
