I lost 30lbs in 30 days with low carb high fat diet, but I also was doing intermittent fasting along with water fasting. Basically I ate 1 or 2 meals a day at most, lots of veggies and ground beef and sauerkraut for the fiber and probiotics, were my food staples. I had 2 72hr water fasts thrown in and I also burned through about $200 in supplements which I would list as required if you're going to have such a restricted diet. Your body can lose weight better and safer if it's getting the key micro nutrients it needs to function. You also drink 2-4 liters of water each day so at my worst I was peeing every 30min or so. But burning fat releases lots of sludge and poison into your system, the faster you flush it out the better.

I never felt better in my life, but sticking with it is hard because of other people and social norms. So it was great during Covid, my friends got fat and lazy and I got better, lol.
