yup. kind of like steak tartar, but, liver.

have your ever noticed which part of the kill the alpha male wolf eats first? the rest of the pack watches as he eats the liver. raw liver is fucking awesome.

for what it's worth, I can't stand it cooked, not even the smell of it cooking. completely different.

I like it cooked and smothered with onions. Whats it like raw? Is it safe to eat? Interesting historical note. Arctic explorers that attempted to eat their sled dogs liver were poisoned. Dogs liver has toxic levels of vitamin B.

Orca only eat a sharks liver pork/beef liver is widely eaten down south so is pig guts[chitlins]

just a simple oak wood fed fire, get that shit super hot. sear the meat then move away from the heat, smoother and smoke it for a few minutes after the sear.
