I eat enough of a nutrient rich diet that I probably don't benefit from supplementing very much. However, I take 1-3, depending on circumstances:

  • A multivitamin everyday
  • Fish oil on days where I didn't get enough omega 3 in my diet
  • Potassium, magnesium, and sodium in small amounts if I'm doing a water fast for more than 24 hours
