I don't take vitamins.
But I eat a lot of organ meat every day.
Beef heart, liver, occasionally pig's blood, chicken liver, et cetera.
A lot of green vegetables too.
I usually make a stew, sometimes I throw some egg noodles in their too.
But my view is that it is best to get your nutrition through what you eat.
That only caveat it that you shouldn't eat pigs blood too much, you can actually overdose on iron if you eat it more than three times a week.
I'd love to eat more liver honestly. I eat steak, fish and pork every week. Lots of greens but not dark greens because I've had issues with stones in the past. Brussel sprouts and brocc for me. 120oz of water a day.
I'm in bed by midnight but wake up at 4:11AM every day without fail. Then fall back to sleep and wake up at 8 for work.
30 min MINIMUM of sun on busier days, but I fish a lot so I usually get much more.
Mussels are good too, and surprisingly cheap if you get the pre-cooked frozen shit. You just shouldn't eat too much, because they are filter feeders, and absorb a lot of toxins.
