I had this thought, and then considered that perhaps the "vaccine" is meant to make them more compliant. There have been stories about behavioral changes after taking it.
I have read about that, too, but I haven't been exposed to enough information about that to really factor it into anything. Given the evidence that, at least one, crosses the blood-brain barrier, I can see that as a potential issue. Graphene oxide is not good for the surface tissue of organs (assuming the it is graphene oxide the Japanese have found in the vac).
I just did a quick interwebz search on "is graphene oxide harmful to humans" and i got this:
Hear this out loud The lungs are a potential entrance for graphene nanoparticles into the human body through airway. The inhaled GO nanosheets can destroy the ultrastructure and biophysical properties of pulmonary surfactant (PS) film, which is the first line of host defense, and emerge their potential toxicity [54].Oct 31, 2016 https://particleandfibretoxicology.biomedcentral.com › ... I just copy/pasted the text from the screen to give youthe gist.
Here is that particular link address.

As I said, I just looked it up and have not had a chance to read it, but that little bit of text is a tease.
Thank you for the link.
Here are cleaned and archived versions of it:
