It seems like more streetlights are being changed out for what looks like these bright-white LED-style bulbs, but when I walk out in the dark and actually look down at my white blemished hands, they almost look like they're under a blacklight. Anybody else notice/confirm/deny this?

I saw a post from the local DOT attributing lights like that to a manufacturing defect
