It seems like more streetlights are being changed out for what looks like these bright-white LED-style bulbs, but when I walk out in the dark and actually look down at my white blemished hands, they almost look like they're under a blacklight. Anybody else notice/confirm/deny this?

I've said it three times: I don't want to do other people's research for them. That is correct. If they're too lazy to research their own beliefs, I'm definitely too lazy to research their beliefs.
