Fascism is the control of the nation's government by corporate entities, for the purpose of achieving mutually desired ends -- the entrenchment of the government, and the enrichment of the corporations. Government and corporations work together to crush any dissent among the people. Most characteristic of fascism is the use of roving gangs of thugs in the streets who enforce the will of the fascist leaders by violence, vandalism, intimidation and assaults. These gangs target anyone who exhibits any independence from the enforced norms. In order to hold this degree of control over the common people, fascists always must gain control over the media, so that they can send forth a ceaseless stream of propaganda.
Problem is I don't see how to keep the corporations from selling out to foreign lands and draining one area in favor of another without some kind of government control over what they can do. Maybe corporations wouldn't exist without government but it seems like a stretch.
Corporations wouldn't exist without governments. Gov grants charters. Otherwise you'd have a business which could still get huge if you're successful, but there wouldn't be any of the legal protections incorporation offers.
