I bet its "In a Roman Osteria" painted in 1866 by Carl Bloch.
If I'm right you have to beat Terrant's score.

God that 5th one is just creepy.
The sixth one is awesome. I am blown away by how perfectly the artist painted the woman's silky blue dress. Amazing talent.
You should post your pics here. I miss the guy who posted to, IIRC, or something like that.
Style? Country of origin by chance?
I don't know, sorry. I'm not much of an art buff.
Not nearly enough details, if you find an answer it will be by dumb luck.
If someone has seen the painting they'll know what I'm talking about.
A painting with 2 women and 1 guy with the only defining features being looks on their faces. Do you know how many paintings that could fit?
You can give plenty more details about composition, colors, positions, and more if you tried.
Maybe, but the info is vague for people trying to help. There are half a dozen prevalent art style from that period. Perhaps look at the styles and see which one your painting is?
At least show the MF once you figure it out: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/In_a_Roman_Osteria#/media/File:Carl_Bloch_-_In_a_Roman_Osteria_-_Google_Art_Project.jpg
