I just feel bloated when i get too heavy, so i like to stay very lean
Because you're gaining fluid weight and whatnot. Gain muscle.
Lol that fuck will be 180 and mad
One of the primary characteristics of Anorexia is being underweight, and i am clearly not. I would still need to lose 15 pounds to get there. So i dont think this fits the bill
no, as with any condition, there is a progression. you are definitely muscular deficient.

You got parasites....Ivermectin that people have been talking about is a de-wormer. May work may not, lots of cleansing stuff out there. You can always fast and starve them out....
I'd like to try this for mental clarity.
As for the fasting and starve them out, any info on this protocol?
Yes, a doctor in India would prescribe 10 days fasting with lemon water, I'll and drinking small water concoctions of Turmeric/ginger/garlic mixed in. Buy that stuff at a specialty store where they have it in bulk jars. A Seka runs a health food grocery store near me so I have a close supply. A large amount of Turmeric will be like $8, buy it in capsules from the internet and you would have to spend a few hundred to equal the amount.
Thats maybe a bit lean
This is me curentlly(https://u.smutty.horse/mcufizbeple.jpg). You can see i have some stomach fat there, and the hips look too wide
You are underweight because you are not lifting heavy weights, faggot, and you’re not eating properly.
You need to start lifting heavier weights and build muscle mass. Your ideal weight is closer to 165 lbs but with considerably more muscle.
You need to start eating paleo grass fed meat with fat, and fruit and vegetables, bone broth, collagen and lots of protein.
work out and this is what you'd look like:
Health looks solid, aside from all the dildos you're collecting.
Cut out grains, switch to potato and beans (not rice) for your carbs. Coffee can help control appetite if you need it.
High fat diet is ok, but it's not realistic and sustainable. And you end up cutting out grains anyway, which is the bulk of weight loss in my experience.
