You are underweight for your height if you're a man, but probably ok if you're a woman. If you're a man I highly recommend eating more (keep it clean though) and lift heavy to build muscle mass.
I mean I do eat, kale, raspberries, a lot of meat, but no junk food, carbs, etc. Also a man, not female
Then yeah, please increase your intake and start lifting heavy weights. Hopefully gyms are open where you are.
One doesn't need a gym, just a log and a pile of rocks. Flip/carry the log around and move the pile of rocks from one area to another. Wash, rinse, repeat. You'll find muscles you never knew you had doing that shit.
