Im around 6'0 and 150 pounds. i used to be 135 pounds a little while ago, so im kinda annoyed about this. i currently am doing intermittent fasting with 18 hour fasting windows, and a mostly wet diet. i recently started increasing my water intake to around 3 gallons of water a day, and it seems to be making me gain weight instead of losing it. advice on how to get back down in weight?

It sounds like you need to gain weight if you are a man. If you are a woman then you are up against the most difficult task a woman can do. Keep your mouth shut. Not just when you want to eat but also when you want to complain about some stupid shit.
