Im around 6'0 and 150 pounds. i used to be 135 pounds a little while ago, so im kinda annoyed about this. i currently am doing intermittent fasting with 18 hour fasting windows, and a mostly wet diet. i recently started increasing my water intake to around 3 gallons of water a day, and it seems to be making me gain weight instead of losing it. advice on how to get back down in weight?

Just pointing out that eating less calories is how you lose weight, but it's not easy. When you're fat your body is completely out of whack. It will send signals that you're starving as soon as it senses you're dipping into your fat reserves. You can know you're not in danger of dying, but your body will make a lot of chemical signals like you are. It's difficult to ignore a biological imperative like signals to eat or breathe.

I'm sure this biological fact will make you angry, just like biological sex makes shitlibs angry, but it doesn't change the reality.
