It should be counted as a crime against humanity. It is child genital mutilation. Plain and simple. It serves no useful purpose in terms of hygiene or STDs prevention. Though some try to argue that it helps. Wash your dicks and dont stick your dick in whores without a rubber. It's really just that simple. The parents who continue this barbaric practise in this day and age are monsters. Especially the ones who had it done to them and continue the process because they want their child to go through the same ritual.
