My wife and kids, my ability to still learn new things, I would say poal but I'm not sure if that counts as tangible, it does help keep me from getting too invested in a shitty job. Maybe a good steak once in a while. My house for sure, I enjoy not having neighbors on the other side of the wall. I'd say a enjoyable car to drive but I don't have one of those at the moment.
