Read the news release again and read it carefully. I will summarize here:

The FDA simply extended the EUA for another period of time. The FDA did NOT approve of the quack-cine. It is still under Emergency Use Authorization only. This is good news. It means that the NUREMBERG CODE AGAINST MEDICAL EXPERIMENTATION is still in effect. Death Penalty against these people is still in effect. You are being gas-lighted and lied to on a massive scale. Even Gateway Pundit got this wrong. The quack-cine has NOT been approved of. READ IT AGAIN !

Please correct me if I am wrong, but I don't think that it's fake news since there TWO approvals in this document:

That is the Emergency Use Authorization for the third vaxxine shot for the immunocompromised and special case authorization. The new authorization for EUA is towards the same immunocompromised population with new indications for some adverse effects.

Today's statement and authorization:

On August 23, 2021, (BLA) submitted by BioNTech Manufacturing GmbH for COMIRNATY (COVID-19 Vaccine, mRNA) caused by SARS-CoV-2 in individuals 16 years of age and older.

Continued reissue of EUA for third booster from August 12, 2021

For the August 12, 2021 of the Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 Vaccine in individuals 12 years of age or older who have undergone solid organ transplantation, or individuals 12 years of age or older who are diagnosed with conditions that are considered to have an equivalent level of immunocompromise, FDA reviewed safety and effectiveness data reported in two manuscripts on solid organ transplant recipients.

The re-authorization is still for the third booster for the same immunocompromised population plus solid organ transplant recipients. The 'vaxxine' was fully authorized separate from this third booster EUA for immunocompromised populations. The document is NOT saying what many people thinks it says. It is only reinforcing the previous EUA for a specific indication not specified under the full Pfizer FDA authorization (namely the third booster shot for immunocompromised populations and solid organ transplant recipients).

Even if what you say is true, it won't matter since the courts would side with the government and FDA over any opposition to this. The approvals don't really matter anyway since they will get their mandates through corporate/employer forced mandates. The approvals are just for the optics and talking points for the (((MSM))) to use in the next wave of propaganda.

Sorry, I have not seen the BLA. We may never get to see it if it contains proprietary information or other things deemed closed for public consumption.
