Not restrictions, I mean actual complete genocide of a breed that lacks any redeemable value. Outside of wanton violence there is nothing they do better than any other breed.
If they "recreate" the breed from its original lines and it does not end up breaking the charts for random attacks (and lethal attacks) then I would have no issue with it.

The vast majority are privately owned, they can't be wiped out without infringing on property rights.
