Living next to a Muslim neighbor may or may not cause conflicts. Living where Jews can be your neighbors means you'll have to deal with them, plus all the Muslims they can get into your community, plus all the internal conflict they can stir up in your country. And once they capture your media, most people won't even know the true nature of the problems around this. Many Arab peoples and the Persians have grand histories, and some of their ancestors were genuine good forces in the world. Whatever they are now, their people are capable of good. The Jews in any significant number, religious or not, in any country, have been such a net negative that it seems most likely to be a genetic problem. Almost as though the deception, manipulation, disloyalty, degeneracy, and all around evil is not even a choice. I'd trade all of the Jews in my country for 2x the number of Iranians, no hesitation.
