TLAs have already publicly announced that forging a "federal document" vax card is a felony and they will treat you with the same "justice" they treat white women on January 6th. And they'll beat off while doing it too. I personally used a "sample" vax card to get family off my back. But I advise you strongly not to use a vax card in any professional or educational and certainly not governmental process. Find another way.
