If I were cynical, I'd think maybe the Biden administration was purposely fucking it up so the Chinese can go in and save the day; to make them look like heroes. Since Biden takes payments from China and is in their pocket, that's not too far fetched an idea. If China suddenly decides to go into Afghanistan we'll all know why.
Could it be: US built infrastructure, funneled billions around the world, and now the chinks can move in, use properly made infrastructure, dump as many millions of chinee people into afghanistan as needed to create a new chinee vassal state, whereupon the resources can be extracted for the already super wealthy around the globe?
