Any redpilled white man is irresponsible for asking this question. The question is "how large a family can I produce before reality stops me?" You don't have the right to think of stopping. You can stop when you're dead, or infertile, or off to fight for freedom.

I think I can get to ten kids before I'll have to stop, and I really doubt I can make more than twelve of them... unless my wife changes her mind and let me take on a second wife. Not likely.
