I'd say it's within the law and covered by free expression, so you shouldn't be able to get in trouble, and I'd likely do it myself. That said, I seem to enjoy challenging authority at my own peril, and this is clown world now so your free expression protections may not mean a damned thing, regrettably. But I'd do it. If it were funny. Doesn't sound funny though. Perhaps in addition to the reticle, you include the tip of what looks like a dick? Or the shadow of a dick, indicating that the victim isn't to be killed, but to be facialized?
