You are projecting your own sense of morality and ethics on soulless subhuman parasites. They aren't capable of normal human thought and emotion. That is why they do what they do. So no. I don't think they feel regret or remorse because that requires a conscience.

People are good at justifying their actions if their paycheck depends on it. I'm sure some have remorse, but they are the exception.

Glowfags most definitely are not people. Why else do you think that they glow in the dark!? Terry has already given us explicit instructions regarding what to do once you've encountered one. Insofar as revealing that they, themselves, are not that hard to identify under certain lighting conditions.

All the good ones with a conscience and a soul have a terrible, unendurable time. They are marginalized, stuck in a back room doing a joke job, never promoted, never acknowledged, until finally they are either forced out or leave due to mental health issues.
