I don't know how to describe the videos. They were almost upbeat in a way. Showing lots of smiling people and Hitler talking about how Germany will be prosperous and things of that nature.

Long story short someone is trying to argue with me that it would be better to live in North Korea than Nazi Germany. Stupid argument I know. My point is that a lot of people actually supported Hitler and believed in him whereas NK they are basically slaves being starved to death by the government.

I'd really like those videos to throw in his face.

To play devil's advocate, they can be considered correct from the proper perspective. In Nazi Germany, there were certain individuals who knew they were being persecuted. It may have been a terrible time for them. In NK, the people know nothing of the outside world and are living the best life possible in their view.

The question then becomes, are you better living with the knowledge that you may be a prisoner with a terrible future or living as a prisoner with no knowledge that you are one?

I get that your argument comes from a "Germany as a whole" perspective. I'm just trying to expose a different angle.

This is the only version I’ve seen so I can’t speak to the full quality or any differences but this site has a lot of good vids either way

Man that might be it. I really feel like there was a guy who had posted multiple videos similar to that. Maybe they weren't all in that same vein but I feel like he had some old videos and he just posted a few here and there. Maybe they were just old speeches?

At any rate thanks for that one. It's a little propaganda-ish but it might still get the point across.
