I get this popup message whenever I start the computer. Sometimes I get it when I start the Opera browser too. I'm not even sure what iCloud is, but it's not jiving with my email account for some reason. What I don't like about the popup is that slows the start up procedure. Any ideas on how to get rid of the popup? The OS is El Capitan 10.11.6

I started the computer up this evening with the iCloud box unchecked. I still got the popup message. The computer seems to be starting up just fine, but there is a very long delay in launching the Opera browser. After the browser finally loads, then the popup message is displayed. I might have to take this computer to a Mac specialist.

Opera, Chinese dude, be careful.

I am 100% apple free but have had to service them in the past, so I know a bit. Find an enthusiast forum and ask I guess.

I asked the same question on "MacRumors." Nobody had an answer. By the way, don't ever click on their political forum. They're hardcore liberals.
