Over the weekend my user level kept going from just past 12 to 11 3/4 two or three times. Then it went to 11 1/4 yesterday and just now it suddenly dropped to 10 3/4. I haven't posted anything but comments lately but seriously?

Is this AOU's way of saying he likes me?

Yes, the levels give you certain permissions on the site, otherwise they don't matter much.
