Are there sites that allow individual lookup by name and approximate location that are effective? I keep coming across companies that either provide no information or like this one (intelius.com) make you wait 10 minutes for "information retrieval" only to give you nothing unless you pay $25. I'm not above paying $25 for access but that site looks like garbage and the lookup process is obviously just a show.
