They have made it so doctors are scared of prescribing opiates. My uncle had abdominal surgery and they gave him 15 vicodins. He asked for more and they treated him like a drug seeker. Pissed off, he got 50 oxycontin on the street. Never did drugs his whole life. He used them until he healed and went right back o not doing drugs. That I know of.
