The Mexico question, if you could even call it, continues to interest me. Short answer is Mexico is formal gateway to N. America and S. America is the C_A training ground.

It always used to trouble me that we had such fucked up problems in one of our Neighbor countries. Then I realized that Mexico is fucked up because that is exactly how we want it.
