I've seen this more than once here in Poal, do not access links ending in .gov because they are government servers, I do not know if someone posts these links because is an idiot or have bad intentions.

Even so, if you are using the Internet, it is very likely that you are being policed.

This is not the problem you think it is. I visit all kinds of .gov sites. Over 20 years now. I read alot. Big deal.
